Installation of filter separator:
(1) Check whether the rated flow rate and pressure of the filter are greater than the maximum working flow rate
and maximum working pressure of the oil pipeline, whether there are qualified pressure vessel manufacturing parts, and
whether the components are complete. If the above requirements are met, installation can proceed.
(2) When installing the shell, attention should be paid to the flow direction markings and the inlet and outlet
directions should not be reversed.
(3) Install automatic vent valve, drain valve, differential pressure gauge, online sampling head, etc. in the designated
position. The safety valve is pre debugged and installed on the end cover, without the need for on-site installation and
debugging.
(4) The inlet and outlet pipe diameter DN of the filter separator should be consistent with the oil pipeline, and if they
are not consistent, the small head should be enlarged and connected to it.
(5) When using filter separators in parallel, a flow limiting valve must be installed.
(6) There should be a certain amount of space for opening the end cap and operation (not less than the length of the
filter element) for replacing the filter element or cleaning the filter.
