Size and Structure:
Standard specifications: diameter 352mm x height 660mm (some manufacturers provide 325mm diameter or 350mm diameter versions).
Folding design: adopting wide pleat spacing technology, the filtration area reaches 23-24 square meters, which is 3-5 times that of traditional filter bags, and can handle high flow dusty gases (air volume range of about 2000-5000m ³/h).
End cap and frame: made of electroplated or galvanized carbon steel material, rust and corrosion resistant, matched with a spiral mesh inner frame to ensure pressure bearing capacity (maximum pressure difference of 0.8MPa).

 

Filtration efficiency:
Accuracy range: 0.3-5 μ m, with a filtration efficiency of ≥ 99.9% for dust particles larger than 0.3 μ m.
Applicable dust: metal dust (such as laser cutting smoke), welding smoke, mineral dust, organic particles, etc., especially suitable for high concentration dust (≤ 15g/m ³).
Flame retardant performance:
