Cartridge dust collector refers to the dust collector which is composed of cartridge as the filter element. Its structure is composed of air inlet and outlet, upper box, ash hopper, ash cleaning device, airflow distribution board, filter cartridge and electric control device (pulse control device), additional equipment has a discharge valve, soft connection and mobile ash pick-up trolley.
 

 

Working Principle
Dusty gas into the dust collector, due to the sudden expansion of the airflow section and the role of airflow distribution board, part of the coarse particles in the airflow under the action of gravity and inertia, directly sinking; fine particle size, small density dust particles into the dust filter room, through the combination of Brownian diffusion and sieve filtering effect, so that the dust deposited on the surface of the filter media, after purification of the gas into the clean room from the air outlet through the fan discharge. In order to clean the filter cartridge, compressed air (0.4-0.7Mpa) is used to generate a strong airflow through the solenoid valve to release to the centre of the filter cartridge, like vibration wave to oscillate the dust gathered on the outer surface of the filter cartridge and blow it down and fall into the dust hopper below. In order to ensure the normal continuous rotation of the cartridge dust removal, the pulse control system will blow back according to the set procedure.
