Softening water equipment, also known as equipment that reduces water hardness, mainly removes calcium and magnesium ions from water. In cases where the inflow is deep well water or the hardness of the water source is high, the use of softening water equipment is to remove the calcium and magnesium ion content in the water and reduce the calcium and magnesium ions in the water. Softening water equipment cannot reduce the total salt content of water during the softening process. It is widely used in hot water boiler systems, heat exchange systems, industrial cooling systems, central air conditioning systems, and other water equipment systems.

Our strengths:

Double tank and double valve:
The dual tank and dual valve system consists of two resin tanks (main tank and auxiliary tank) with hydraulic control valves and a salt tank. The control valve switches the water circuit between the main tank and the auxiliary tank to ensure that there is always one tank in operation, which can supply water simultaneously, alternate regeneration, or alternate water supply for backup and use.

Single tank and single valve:
A single tank and single valve softening system refers to a resin tank, a multi way valve, and a salt tank that stop discharging water during system regeneration. Configuration structure: fiberglass tank+water distributor+automatic control valve+resin+salt tank+salt valve+salt suction pipeline+pipeline+pressure gauge for water production, backwashing, salt suction, water injection, and washing.

 

Purification and softening equipment:
The problem that cannot be avoided in the pre purification of softened water is that it contains a certain amount of sediment and other visible impurities (deep well water is relatively better). If a certain amount of sediment enters the softening tank and the resin is surrounded by sediment, it will cause insufficient contact between the resin and the raw water, thereby affecting the softening effect. If it is not possible to completely flush out of the tank during the backwashing process, there is a possibility of forming blocky substances. Therefore, it is recommended to install a quartz sand filter before the softening filter to improve the inlet and outlet water quality of the softening filter, as the raw water is well water.

Working principle:
The softened water equipment is composed of a fully automatic softener controller, salt tank, strong acid sodium ion cation resin, resin tank (usually stainless steel resin tank and fiberglass resin tank), and softener accessories. The most widely used hard water softening treatment equipment in industrial boilers, cooling circulating water, steelmaking, rolling, large transformers, and civil hot water boilers is to issue instructions to electromagnetic valves or multi way servo valves through water flow and time control to complete the water supply and regeneration of softened water equipment.
