DMC stand-alone pulse bag filter is a compact and integrated high-efficiency dust removing equipment, which adopts pulse blowing cleaning technology and is designed for handling small and medium air volume of industrial dust. Its core filtration element is the filter bag, suitable for capturing dry, non-sticky, non-fibrous dust, widely used in workshops, production lines and other local dust control scenarios.
Filtration process
The dusty gas enters into the dust collector from the air inlet, and the large particles of dust fall into the dust hopper directly due to gravity settling;
Fine particles of dust rise with the airflow and are intercepted by the outer surface of the filter bag, and the clean gas enters the clean room through the filter bag and is discharged.
Dust cleaning process
When the accumulation of dust on the surface of the filter bag causes the pressure difference to rise (usually set at 1,000~1,200 Pa), the pulse control system starts;
Compressed air is instantly sprayed into the filter bag through the pulse valve, forming a reverse airflow, causing the bag to expand and vibrate, and the dust layer is dislodged into the dust hopper.
Main structural components
Box
The main structure includes the upper box (clean air chamber), middle box (dust-containing air chamber), and lower box (ash hopper), which is usually square or round in design, and the material is mostly carbon steel or stainless steel.
Filter bag and skeleton
Filter bag: cylindrical bag, made of polyester, acrylic, PPS, etc., temperature resistance 80~150ºC (depending on the material).
Skeleton: metal support structure to prevent the bag from collapsing and ensure the stability of the filtering area.
Pulse blowing system
Pulse valve: control the compressed air blowing, cleaning power source.
Blowpipe: Distribute the compressed air evenly to the top of each filter bag.
Air bag: store compressed air to ensure stable blowing pressure (usually 0.4~0.6 MPa).
Air inlet/outlet
Dust-containing gas enters from the bottom or side of the box, and the purified gas is discharged from the top.
Dust hopper and unloading device
The dust is collected and discharged through manual or automatic ash unloading valve (e.g. star unloader).
