Fully automatic cleaning filter is a mesh filter that automatically cleans according to pressure difference or time. It has the advantages of high filtration accuracy and thorough cleaning, and is widely used in industrial water, sewage treatment, heat exchange and other fields. It is a highly automated and easy to operate filtering equipment.

working principle

1. Filtering
Fluid flows in from the inlet and flows out through the small gaps of the wedge-shaped filter cartridge inside the filter. Impurities and particles are easily trapped, and when they accumulate on the surface of the filter, a pressure difference is generated.    
2. Cleaning
When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet reaches 0.5kg/cm2 (adjustable), the backwash system of the filter will start working automatically. The operation is carried out by a differential pressure controller set on the body, an electric drain valve, and a rotatable stainless steel cleaning brush driven by a motor. Impurities and particles are easily brushed off by the steel brush and then discharged through the drain valve. The backwash time lasts for about 15 seconds (adjustable) and does not stop during backwash.

Vertical self-cleaning filter

Fully automatic Y-shaped filter

The fully automatic Y-shaped filter mainly includes: housing, filter cartridge (filtering dirt), cleaning mechanism (including cleaning brush, brushing filter screen), controller (collecting and comparing pressure difference signals, outputting control signals), cleaning motor (receiving control signals to provide the required power for the cleaning mechanism), and electric ball valve (receiving control signals to discharge dirt).

Pry mounted filter

The pry mounted filter adopts two-stage filtration, with the first stage using a self-cleaning filter to filter out large suspended solids and particulate impurities. It has the characteristics of uninterrupted water supply during cleaning and discharge, short cleaning time, and low discharge water consumption. The second stage uses a shallow sand filter, which can effectively remove particulate matter and reduce turbidity. If specific filter materials are installed, such as activated carbon, zeolite, etc., they can also adsorb and remove corresponding organic compounds, ions, etc.

Fully automatic horizontal self-cleaning filtration

The fully automatic horizontal self-cleaning filter adopts high-strength stainless steel wedge-shaped mesh, which has the characteristics of large processing capacity, long service life, and high cleaning efficiency.
