Working principle:

Water enters through the inlet, first passing through a coarse filter screen to remove larger impurities, and then reaching a fine filter screen. During the filtration process, the fine filter gradually accumulates dirt and impurities in the accumulated water, forming a filtration impurity layer. The impurity layer accumulates on the inner side of the fine filter, thus forming a pressure difference on both sides of the inner and outer sides of the fine filter.
When the pressure difference of the filter reaches the preset value, the automatic cleaning process will begin. During this time, the clean water supply continues to flow, the cleaning valve opens, and the water pressure in the cleaning room and the suction pipe drops significantly. Through the pressure difference between the filter cartridge and the suction pipe, a suction force is generated between the suction pipe and the cleaning room through the suction nozzle, forming a suction process. At the same time, the electric motor drives the suction pipe to spiral along the axial direction. The combination of axial and rotational movements of the suction device completely cleans the entire inner surface of the filter screen. The entire flushing process only takes a few tens of seconds. The drain valve is closed at the end of cleaning. The filter is ready for the next flushing cycle.
