- Coated Polyester Nonwoven Fabric
Utilizes imported PTFE-coated polyester filter material. Filter cartridges made from this material feature extended service life, high filtration precision, and easier reverse-air cleaning. Under normal operating conditions, service life typically reaches 1-2 years. Applications: Welding fumes, shot blasting, pharmaceuticals, cement, tobacco, textile industries, and other filtration needs.
- Anti-static Polyester Nonwoven Fabric
Features a thin, conductive, breathable aluminum coating on the filter surface to prevent static sparking. Suitable for metal dust filtration and explosion-proof dust collection environments.
4. Oil- and Water-Resistant Polyester Nonwoven Fabric
Oil, water, and dust resistance are achieved by coating the filter fibers with fluororesin, imparting anti-oil, anti-water, and anti-fouling properties. Dust particles adhere less readily, facilitating easier reverse-air cleaning. Suitable for high-concentration dust applications and also effective for dry, coarse-particle dust filtration.
5. Wood Pulp Fiber Filter Paper
Utilizing wood pulp fiber composite filter paper, this material is suitable for filtration in industries such as gas turbines, compressors, sandblasting, tobacco, fly ash, and airborne particulate matter.

2.Can the dust removal filter cartridge be washed with water?
A: Do not wash the filter cartridge used for dust removal with water. After washing with water, it cannot be used anymore. The bags in the bag filter cannot be washed with water either. These filter materials are consumables. The filter cartridge in the dust collector can be directly blown away by pulse blowing to remove the vast majority of dust.
