Brief introduction of small reverse osmosis pure water equipment
adopts a fully automatic control method to reduce the impact of human error on the equipment. The pretreatment system adopts the design of the reduction system to solve the irreparable impact of excessive residual chlorine on the reverse osmosis membrane. In the selection of reverse osmosis membrane, the reverse osmosis membrane imported from the United States is used, and the service life can reach 3 years, and the conductivity of the effluent is less than 5us. The pumps are made of domestic southern pumps and imported pumps, with low operating noise and long service life. We use Dow's professional design software, and the recovery rate can reach more than 65%. The characteristics of high degree of automation, simple operation, stable water quality and low operating cost are well received by customers.

Technical Parameters
 1. Original water tank: Mainly solve the problem of unstable tap water pressure and reduce mechanical failures caused by frequent startup of the lift pump during operation or unstable tap water pressure.
 2. Quartz sand filter: Tap water enters from the upper end of the tank, and flows evenly from the upper end of the filter layer to the lower end through the upper water distributor. The tap water passes through the filter layer and passes through the lower water distributor to escape the filter layer to form filtered water.
 3. Activated carbon filter: The internal structure of the activated carbon filter is exactly the same as a quartz sand filter. After activated carbon adsorption, the residual chlorine in tap water can generally be reduced to below 0.1mg/l.
4. Precision filter: Mainly use 5us melt blown filter element, which can remove fine particles and further create conditions for reverse osmosis inflow.
 5. High-pressure pump: Provides the required power for reverse osmosis operation.
 6. Reverse osmosis system: Reverse osmosis system is the core component of reverse osmosis pure water equipment. The design of reverse osmosis mainly considers the number, brand, and arrangement of filter membrane elements.

Performance characteristics
  1. Automatic water replenishment of the tap water tank: When the liquid level of the tap water tank reaches a low level, it will automatically replenish water. Stop hydrating when it reaches a high level
 2. When the water level of the tap water tank reaches a certain level, the system starts to work, and the system stops when the pure water tank is full.
3. When the water tank is at a low water level, the water shortage protection is activated, the system is completely stopped, and manual and automatic operations cannot be performed.
4. Each time the reverse osmosis system is turned on, it will start cleaning. The cleaning time is controlled at about 30 seconds (the time is adjustable). When the reverse osmosis has been running for a period of time, it will be cleaned regularly (the time is adjustable).
 5. When the pretreatment pressure is less than 2kg, the reverse osmosis host is protected by low pressure. Single-stage reverse osmosis water treatment equipment 1T/H, one ton of water per hour.
