Cyclone dust collectors are available in many forms. According to the different ways of airflow into the different, can be roughly divided into tangential entry and axial entry into two categories. The axial entry type is to rely on the guide vane to promote the rotation of the airflow, so it is also called the guide vane rotation type. Axial entry can be divided into countercurrent and direct flow. Tangential entry type can be divided into straight type and worm shell type and other forms: the outer wall of the inlet pipe of straight type is tangent to the cylinder; and the inner wall of the inlet pipe of worm shell type is tangent to the cylinder. Improved cyclone separator can replace the exhaust gas filtration equipment in some installations.
