Product Description
The water then undergoes Ultrafiltration, a process that uses membranes to remove even smaller particles, bacteria, and viruses. The filtered water is then stored in an Ultrafiltration Water Tank. An Ultrafiltrate Ion Pump moves the water to an Activated Carbon Filter, which removes chlorine, organic compounds, and other substances that can affect taste and odor.
Following carbon filtration, the water is exposed to Ultraviolet Rays for disinfection, further eliminating any remaining microorganisms. A Micron Filter Return is used to filter out any particles that may have been released during the UV treatment. The water then enters the RO System (Reverse Osmosis System), which uses high pressure to force water through a semi-permeable membrane, removing dissolved salts, minerals, and other impurities.
The purified water from the RO system is stored in a Reverse Osmosis Water Tank. The water is then pumped through a Counter-Infiltration System for further purification. A Micron Filter is used to remove any remaining particles. A Booster Pump is used to increase the water pressure. Finally, the water is stored in a RO Reverse Osmosis Water Tank before being used.
Optionally, the water can be treated with Ozone Generator and Ultraviolet Rays before being used. A 0.2 Micron Filter is used to remove any remaining particles.
Finally, the water is ready for Using paint.
This multi-stage process ensures the production of high-quality, purified water suitable for various applications.
