The air inlet of HMC type dust collector is located on the dust hopper, when the dusty gas enters the dust hopper from the air inlet, it first touches the baffle plate at the end of air inlet pipe, and due to the inertia effect, the coarse particles of the dust in the gas directly enter the dust hopper, which plays the role of dust pre-collection.

Working Principle:
The airflow into the dust hopper is then folded upward through the internal filter bag equipped with a metal skeleton, dust is collected on the outside surface of the filter bag, the purified gas into the clean room above the filter bag room, and then gathered to the outlet pipe discharge. The indoor dust bag is divided into a number of rows, according to the given time interval for each row of dust bag cleaning. When the pulse valve is opened, the filter bag into the high-pressure air to remove the dust on the surface of the filter bag. The pulse blowing width and cleaning cycle of each row of bags are automatically and continuously controlled by a special dust cleaning program controller.
