Filter material
Glass fibre: precision 1-10μm, high temperature resistance (≤120ºC), high dirt capacity.
Metal sintered mesh: stainless steel 316L, precision 5-50μm, high pressure resistance (≤40MPa).
Composite filter layer: outer metal mesh (coarse filtration) + inner glass fibre (fine filtration), taking into account both life and precision.
Support structure
Skeleton: perforated carbon steel/stainless steel, compressive strength ≥10MPa, anti-collapse.
End cap: laser welding process, epoxy coating to prevent rust, suitable for ISO 2941 standard interface.
Seal design
Seal: Fluorine rubber (FKM) or nitrile rubber (NBR), oil and high temperature resistant.
Redundant seals: Double O-ring design to prevent bypass leakage.
Working Principle
Filtration stage
Hydraulic oil flows through the filter media from the outside inwards, and particulate contaminants are intercepted layer by layer:
Outer layer: Intercepts particles >20μm (e.g. metal shavings).
Inner layer: Intercept >5μm particles (e.g. oxidised gum).
Clean oil enters the hydraulic system to protect precision components (e.g. servo valves, piston pumps).
Cleaning mechanism
Differential pressure trigger: When the differential pressure of the filter element > 0.3MPa, the system prompts for replacement.
Backwash function (optional): Flush the filter material by reversing the oil flow to extend the life by 30%.

3. Which type of filter can be used to reduce turbidity?
A: You can use our quartz sand filter, which uses quartz sand as the filtering medium to filter water with high turbidity through a certain thickness of granular or non granular quartz sand under a certain pressure, effectively intercepting and removing suspended solids, organic matter, colloidal particles, microorganisms, chlorine, odors, and some heavy metal ions in the water.

A: Skid loading and transportation. Just connect the inlet/outlet flange and drain it.
