Filtering process
During the filtration process, clean liquid is filtered out through a filter bag/filter element under pressure. Solid particles accumulate on the surface of the filter bag/filter element, forming a uniform filter cake. The filter cake is retained on the filter element due to its concave convex contour and continuously maintained pressure difference.
Slurry discharge process
At the end of the filtration cycle, the unfiltered residue remaining in the filtration tank must be drained for further treatment of the residual filter cake. Liquid tank, partially removing residual liquid tank. Inject compressed gas, air or nitrogen, and continuously pressurize the tank to completely remove any residual liquid and partially clean it.
Drying of filter cake
To obtain a filter cake that is as dehydrated as possible, after cleaning, use gas, such as cold or hot air, nitrogen or steam. Continue the operation until the best possible residual moisture is achieved. If the cake needs to be dried, a bottom filter should be added at the bottom of the equipment to obtain a dry filter cake or wet residue.
Filter cake discharge
After completing the slurry discharge, cleaning, and drying of the filter cake, compressed air is introduced to start blowing back the filter cake from the slag discharge port.
Filter cleaning
After the slag removal and unloading are completed, nitrogen, steam, clean water, hot water, or filtered liquid are introduced to clean the filter element. The structure is shown in the diagram and adopts an integrated electromechanical design
