Category display:
(1) Ordinary polyester non-woven filter cartridge
Made of polyester fiber material, with a general filtration accuracy of equation 5 μ Above m, applicable to filtering in industries such as powder spraying, sandblasting, pigments, wood, cement, etc.
(2) Film coated polyester non-woven fabric
Using imported PTFE coated polyester filter material, this material has a long service life and high filtration accuracy when making filter cartridges. It is easier to blow back and clean the dust, and can last for 1-2 years under general working conditions. Its application scope includes filtration in industries such as welding dust, shot blasting casting, pharmaceuticals, cement, tobacco, and textile industry (preventing and controlling coal ash yarn).
(3) Anti static polyester non-woven fabric
Anti static, also known as anti-static aluminum film treatment, involves covering the surface of the filter material with an extremely thin conductive and breathable metal aluminum coating to prevent static electricity from igniting. It is suitable for metal dust filtration and explosion-proof dust removal.
(4) Oil resistant and waterproof polyester non-woven fabric
Anti oil, waterproof, and dustproof treatment involves covering a layer of fluorine resin on the fiber of the filter material, making it resistant to oil, water, and dirt. Dust is not easily adhered, and it is easier to blow back and clean the dust. Suitable for damp or oily dust with high dust concentration, and can also be used to dry large particle dust for better results.
(5) Wood pulp fiber filter paper
Using wood pulp fiber composite filter paper, suitable for filtration in industries such as gas turbines, compressors, sandblasting, tobacco, fly ash, and floating dust.
