The automatic plate pulling box filter press utilizes an automatic plate pulling device, which can automatically unload after the filter pressing is completed, saving labor costs and achieving automation. In addition, automatic water flushing device, filter cloth bending vibration device, automatic flipping plate collection device, and hydraulic opening and closing mud storage hopper can be selected according to the needs of the work to better improve processing efficiency. The material of the filter plate and filter cloth can be selected according to the characteristics of the treated wastewater. The sludge treated with this equipment can achieve a lower moisture content. Wastewater can be recycled, and filter cake is easier to transport and treat.

Meanwhile, we have developed and manufactured a variety of filter press customized systems to meet the market demand: such as cake conveying, torsion forced discharging, automatic washing of filter cloths, unattended control system and so on.
As a kind of solid-liquid separation equipment, filter press has a wide range of application scenarios, involving almost all industries that require solid-liquid separation. The following are some of the main filter press application scenarios:
1. municipal sewage treatment:
Sludge dewatering: This is the most common application of filter presses in the municipal sector. The sludge produced by sewage treatment plants needs to be dewatered to reduce its volume and weight for subsequent transportation, incineration or landfill. Filter presses can remove the water from the sludge and form a mud cake, greatly reducing the cost of sludge treatment.
Waterworks: Used to treat sediment and sludge generated during the production of tap water.
2. Industrial wastewater treatment:
Chemical industry: used to separate solid impurities in various chemical raw materials, intermediates and products, such as dyes, pigments, fertilizers, pesticides and so on.
