It can not only be used as dust collecting equipment for crusher, dryer, coal mill, raw material mill, cement mill, packing machine and the top of each warehouse, but also can be used directly as the process dust collecting equipment for the vertical mill (500g/Nm3 ) and O-Sepa powder selector (1000g/Nm3 ) with high export concentration, and ensure the export concentration is less than 50mg/Nm3, the filtration material adopts polyester needle punched felt, and the service life can be more than two years on average, and the resistance to temperature is 120°C, and the resistance to temperature can be up to 220°C if adopting the filtering material of Ruomanks, the filter bag is not equipped with venturi, but can also be used as a dust collecting equipment for the vertical mill. There is no venturi and no blowing pipe, which reduces the working resistance of the plant, and makes the overhaul and maintenance quite simple, and the electromagnetic pulse is also used.
Working Principle of Air Box Pulse Bag Dust Collector.
When the dust-containing flue gas enters the dust hopper from the air inlet, some coarse dust particles will fall into the dust hopper due to inertial collision, natural settlement and other principles, and most of the dust particles will rise into the bag chamber with the airflow. Into the bag chamber, after filtering by the filter bag, dust particles are blocked on the outside of the filter bag, the purified flue gas from the inside of the filter bag into the box, and then by the valve plate holes, the air outlet into the atmosphere, to achieve the purpose of dust collection and purification, along with the continuous filtration process, the accumulation of dust on the outside of the filter bag is also gradually increased, so that the dust collector's operating resistance gradually increased, when the resistance increased to the pre-set value (1245-1470Pa), the cleaning controller generates a signal. When the resistance increases to the preset value ( 1245-1470Pa ), the cleaning controller generates a signal, firstly, it controls the lifting valve to close the hole of the valve plate, cuts off the filtration flue gas flow and stops the filtration process, and then it opens the electromagnetic pulse valve and blows the compressed air with the pressure of 0.5-0.7MPa with a very short time ( 0.1-0.15S ). The compressed air expands rapidly inside the box and rushes into the interior of the filter bag, which makes the bag produce deformation and vibration, and coupled with the role of the counterflow, the dust outside of the bag is cleared down. The dust on the outside of the filter bag will be removed and fall into the dust hopper, after the dust cleaning is finished, the lifting valve will be opened again, and the dust collector will enter the filtration state again.
