Normal Temperature Class Polyester (PET) ≤ 130 150 Best cost-performance ratio, most widely used. Good abrasion resistance. Better alkali resistance than acid resistance. Polypropylene (PP) ≤ 90 100 Excellent acid and alkali resistance, low cost. Very poor temperature resistance. Often used in chemical, fertilizer industries for acidic gas at normal temperatures.  
Medium Temperature Class PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide) ≤ 160 190 Outstanding acid and hydrolysis resistance. But not resistant to oxidation (use with caution when O2 > 10%). Primarily used in coal-fired boilers, waste incineration, and other acidic flue gas environments.
Aramid (Nomex) ≤ 200 240 Excellent temperature resistance and abrasion resistance. But not resistant to hydrolysis and sulfur oxides. Suitable for high-temperature environments without strong chemical corrosion, e.g., steel, cement.  
High Temperature Class P84 (Polyimide) ≤ 240 260 Excellent high-temperature resistance. Large fiber surface area provides high filtration efficiency. Moderate acid resistance but not resistant to hydrolysis. Expensive. Commonly used in waste incineration, cement kiln inlets/outlets.
PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) ≤ 240 260 "King of Plastics". Exceptional chemical stability, resistant to all acids, alkalis, and chemical corrosion. Very low friction coefficient, excellent dust release. Extremely expensive. Used in the most demanding chemical, waste incineration applications.  
Fiberglass ≤ 260 280 Highest temperature resistance, cost-effective. But poor abrasion resistance and flex fatigue. With special surface treatments, used in high-temperature flue gas applications in cement, steel, carbon black industries.

Combustible Dust (e.g., Coal Dust, Aluminum Powder) Anti-Static Polyester/PPS Filter Media Dissipates static electricity, eliminates explosion risks, and ensures operational safety.
