1. Convenient installation and connection, simplifying the system pipeline
The filter is directly installed on the oil tank cover, the filter head is exposed outside the oil tank, the oil return cylinder is immersed in the oil tank, and the oil inlet is equipped with pipe and flange connection, thus simplifying the system pipeline. The system layout is more compact, and the installation and connection are more convenient.
2. Set up filter element pollution indicator and oil circuit bypass valve to improve the reliability of the hydraulic system
When the filter element is blocked by contaminants or the system liquid temperature is too low, flow pulsation and other factors cause the inlet oil pressure to be 0.35Mpa, the signal device will issue a signal indication. The filter element should be replaced in time or the oil temperature should be increased.
