The vacuum oil filter is designed based on the principle of different boiling points of water and oil. It consists of a vacuum heating tank, a fine filter, a condenser, a primary filter, a water tank, a vacuum pump, a drainage pump, and an electrical cabinet. The vacuum pump extracts the air from the vacuum tank to form a vacuum. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the external oil enters the primary filter through an inlet pipeline to remove larger particles, and then enters the heating tank. The oil in the vacuum heating tank is discharged into the fine filter by the oil discharge pump and filtered out by the oil filter paper or filter element to quickly remove impurities, water, and gas from the oil. This completes the entire process of the vacuum oil filter, allowing clean oil to be discharged from the oil outlet.
