The usage process of filter cartridges in the system is divided into:
Solid liquid separation demulsification coalescence separation adsorption. In the system, the larger the ratio of aggregation and separation filters, the better the aggregation effect and the faster the separation speed. Currently, two types of water treatment filter cartridges have been standardized for production.

Application industry

Compressed air system: It is the main application area of FUDAI separation filter element.
After the air compressor aftercooler (as a pre filter or main pipeline filter).
Protect the dryer (refrigerated, adsorption) before use.
Before the precision filter (activated carbon filter), remove liquid oil-water to protect downstream high-value filter elements and equipment.
Use air points at the front end to ensure that terminal devices (such as pneumatic tools, spray guns, cylinders, valves, instruments and meters) receive clean and dry air.
Industrial gas system: purification of gases such as nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide, etc. for water and oil removal.
Lubricating oil/hydraulic oil system: used for separating water from oil (especially for oil tank respirators or online dehydration devices).
Gas turbine intake filtration system: removes moisture and oil mist (if present) from the air.
