Product principle:
Under the suction effect of the environmentally friendly centrifugal fan, dusty air enters the dust collector box from the dust source through the vacuum hood, pipeline, and air inlet. The airflow expands and the flow velocity decreases. Large particle dust is separated from the dusty air under its own weight and settles into the ash drawer. The remaining dust particles enter the filter chamber with the airflow, and when passing through the outer wall of the filter cartridge, they are trapped in the outer wall of the filter cartridge under the effects of screening, collision, etc. The purified air flows into the clean room through the outlet of the filter cartridge and is discharged through the air outlet. When the dust particles trapped on the outer wall of the filter continue to increase, the resistance of the dust collector also increases accordingly, and the suction force of the suction hood decreases. To ensure the effectiveness of the dust collector, pulse blowing should be carried out regularly according to the situation to clean the dust.
