Structure and Material
Filter material:
Glass fibre: high precision (1~10μm), high temperature resistance (≤120ºC), suitable for systems with high cleanliness requirements.
Metal sintered mesh: made of stainless steel 316L, high pressure resistance (≤40MPa), strong impact resistance, commonly used in heavy-duty equipment.
Composite filter layer: outer metal mesh (coarse filtration) + inner glass fibre (fine filtration), taking into account the dirt holding capacity and precision.
Supporting skeleton:
Perforated carbon steel: thickness of 1.5~3mm, open rate of 30%~50% to ensure structural strength.
Epoxy coating: anti-rust treatment, adapt to wet or corrosive environment.
End caps and seals:
End cap material: carbon steel or aluminium alloy, laser welding to ensure air tightness.
Seal: Fluorine rubber (FKM) or Nitrile rubber (NBR), oil and temperature resistant (-40ºC~120ºC).

Hydraulic return lines for excavators/loaders, intercepting metal wear particles (iron spectrum analysis shows 80% reduction in contamination).
