working principle

1. Filtering
Fluid flows in from the inlet and flows out through the small gaps of the wedge-shaped filter cartridge inside the filter. Impurities and particles are easily trapped, and when they accumulate on the surface of the filter, a pressure difference is generated.    
2. Cleaning
When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet reaches 0.5kg/cm2 (adjustable), the backwash system of the filter will start working automatically. The operation is carried out by a differential pressure controller set on the body, an electric drain valve, and a rotatable stainless steel cleaning brush driven by a motor. Impurities and particles are easily brushed off by the steel brush and then discharged through the drain valve. The backwash time lasts for about 15 seconds (adjustable) and does not stop during backwash.

Pry mounted filter

The pry mounted filter adopts two-stage filtration, with the first stage using a self-cleaning filter to filter out large suspended solids and particulate impurities. It has the characteristics of uninterrupted water supply during cleaning and discharge, short cleaning time, and low discharge water consumption. The second stage uses a shallow sand filter, which can effectively remove particulate matter and reduce turbidity.
