1) The default filtration accuracy is 100 microns, and can be selected from 50 to 5000 microns. It has a large filtration area and high pollution capacity, and users can customize it according to actual working conditions.
2) The cleaning method is simple, and the cleaning cycle is electronically monitored, which can achieve automatic cleaning and discharge. All parameters in the fully automatic self-cleaning filter control system can be adjusted.
3) Equipped with motor overload protection, it can effectively protect the motor.
4) It has the characteristics of uninterrupted water supply during cleaning and sewage discharge, no need for bypass, short cleaning time, low water consumption for sewage discharge, and no more than 3% of the total flow rate.
5)Strong maintainability, easy to install and disassemble. The connection method with the user pipeline is flange connection, and the flange adopts national standard flange, which has strong universality.
Working principle:
The fully automatic self-cleaning filter has the function of filtering the raw water and automatically cleaning and discharging the filter element, and the system provides uninterrupted water supply during cleaning and discharging.
There are two control methods for cleaning fully automatic self-cleaning filters: automatic control and manual control.
Automatic control: Automatic control has two methods: timing and pressure difference. Set the filtering time on the filtering time timer. When the filtering time is up, start the discharge, and the discharge time is set by the discharge time timer; At the same time, the control system compares the system pressure difference with the user set pressure difference in real time. When the system pressure difference reaches the set pressure difference, the filter also cleans and discharges pollutants, and the discharge time is set by the discharge time timer. When the discharge time is up, stop cleaning and restore the system to its initial state, preparing for the next filtration process.
Manual control: Turn the manual/automatic selection switch on the operation panel to the manual position, and the filter will be discharged.
