The working principle of HEPA air filter cartridges
HEPA achieves ultra-high efficiency filtration through multi-stage physical interception:
Inertial collision: large particles (>1μm) hit the fibre surface due to inertia.
Interception effect: medium particles (0.3-1μm) are directly intercepted by the fibres.
Diffusion effect: small particles (<0.1μm) are adsorbed to the fibres by Brownian motion.
Electrostatic adsorption (optional): electret material enhances the capture of sub-micron particles.

A: You can use our quartz sand filter, which uses quartz sand as the filtering medium to filter water with high turbidity through a certain thickness of granular or non granular quartz sand under a certain pressure, effectively intercepting and removing suspended solids, organic matter, colloidal particles, microorganisms, chlorine, odors, and some heavy metal ions in the water.
