The 3R oil filter adopts high-performance filter materials, which can achieve absolute precision filtration of 1 μ m, 3 μ m, 5 μ m, etc. This means that it can capture particles larger than the rated size almost 100%, rather than with average accuracy. Its filter element meets the ISO 16889 standard, with a β x ≥ 1000 (for particles with a target size of x μ m), and a filtration efficiency of over 99.9%. This is a key indicator for measuring the performance of filter cartridges, far exceeding that of ordinary oil filters. Many models use two-stage or multi-stage filtration (such as first passing through a coarse filter element for protection, and then passing through a fine filter element), which not only protects the precision filter element but also extends its service life.
