Product Components of Small Single Pulse Dust Collector HMC-I-112
HMC type dust collector adopts modular design, the core components are as follows:
Box structure
Box material: carbon steel (optional stainless steel or anti-corrosion coating), thickness ≥ 2mm.
Filter chamber: split chamber design (1-4 independent filter bag units), equipped with access door and explosion-proof port.
Flower plate: laser cutting and shaping, hole tolerance ≤ 0.1mm, to ensure the sealing of the filter bag.
Filter bag system
Filter bag material: polyester needled felt (conventional) / anti-static coating (flammable dust) / PTFE (high temperature resistance 260 ºC).
Specification: Φ130×2000mm (standard), filtration area 20-100m² (can be customised).
Bag cage: galvanised steel wire or stainless steel, support structure against bag collapse.
Pulse cleaning system
Pulse valve: ASCO/GOYEN brand, response time<0.1s, blowing pressure 0.4-0.6MPa.
Air bag: volume ≥10L, pressure resistance 1.0MPa, equipped with pressure gauge and safety valve.
Blow pipe: made of stainless steel, nozzle and filter bag centre deviation ≤ 2mm.
Auxiliary system
Fan: 4-72 centrifugal fan (air volume 2000-15000m³/h).
Ash hopper: conical design, angle ≥60°, equipped with star ash unloading valve.
Control system: PLC automatic control (support differential pressure/timing ash cleaning mode).

Working Principle of Small Single Pulse Dust Collector HMC-I-112
Core process: three-stage linkage of filtration-cleaning-discharge of dust
Dust collection stage
Dusty gas enters the dust hopper from the air inlet, and the coarse particles settle down due to gravity;
Fine dust rises to the surface of the filter bag with the airflow and is retained on the outside of the filter bag;
The purified gas passes through the filter bag and is discharged from the air outlet through the clean gas chamber.
Pulse cleaning stage
PLC triggers the cleaning of dust according to the preset procedure (differential pressure >1200Pa or time interval);
The pulse valve opens instantly, and compressed air (0.5-0.7MPa) is shot into the filter bag through the blowing pipe;
The filter bag instantly expands and shakes off the dust, and the cleaning cycle is <0.2s, realising offline/online cleaning.
Dust treatment stage
The shaken down dust falls into the dust hopper and is discharged through the star-type dust unloading valve;
Screw conveyor or pneumatic dust conveying system can be optional to achieve automatic dust collection.
Technical highlights:
Off-line dust cleaning design: single chamber isolated dust cleaning, avoiding secondary dust raising;
Low resistance operation: initial resistance<800Pa, running resistance<1500Pa;
Energy saving and high efficiency: air consumption of spraying<0.3m³/min (Φ130mm filter bag).
