Working Principle:
Unlike traditional deep filtration media (where dust enters the interior), membrane filter bags use a surface filtration mechanism. Dust is trapped on the smooth surface of the membrane and cannot enter the interior of the filter fibers, forming a thin layer of "dust cake". This layer of dust cake is very easy to peel off as a whole during dust cleaning.

It performs well under normal temperature, dry, and non corrosive working conditions, and is the preferred choice for most industrial dust removal projects. However, it is necessary to strictly control the temperature of the flue gas to prevent condensation and overheating, otherwise its service life will be greatly reduced. For working conditions with extremely strict emission requirements or high dust viscosity, upgrading to laminated polyester needle punched felt is a better choice.
