Core Composition
Filter Layer:
Surface layer: coated polyester fibre or nanofibre, intercepts micron-sized particles, coated technology enhances surface filtration efficiency and reduces deep dust accumulation.
Support layer: Glass fibre or metal mesh, preventing the filter material from collapsing and withstanding the impact of pulse jetting.
Skeleton:
Galvanised steel or stainless steel perforated tubes to provide structural strength, with 30%-50% openings to balance air permeability and rigidity.
End caps and seals:
Polyurethane seals with temperature resistance range of -40ºC~120ºC to ensure airtightness with the flower plate.
Epoxy resin adhesive bonding process to prevent end leakage of grey.

Dust gas flow path:
The dust gas enters from the lower part of the dust collector and penetrates through the filter cartridge from the outside to the inside after being evenly distributed by the deflector plate.
Coarse particles: fall into the dust hopper directly due to gravity settling.
Fine particles: intercepted by the fibres of the filter material, and the clean gas is discharged from the centre of the filter cartridge.
Filtration precision: 0.3~10μm, efficiency up to 99.9% (H13 grade).
