Lefilter's Replacement Hydac Automatic back-flushing filter RF3 overcome the limitations of traditional filtration systems, such as low dirt-holding capacity, vulnerability to clogging, manual disassembly for cleaning, and lack of real-time monitoring. These filters automatically clean and discharge impurities from the filter element while maintaining uninterrupted water supply and providing real-time operational status monitoring. Designed for high automation, they cater to filtration precision needs ranging from 10 μm to 3000 μm and can be installed in vertical, horizontal, or inverted orientations.
1. Metallurgical Industry: Filters particulate impurities in systems such as heavy metal scrap rinse water, cooling circulating water, and condensate water to protect nozzles and pumps, ensuring high product quality and long-term stable system operation.
2. Chemical & Petrochemical Industry: Removes particulate impurities from brine, process water, and cooling circulating water systems, purifying chemical media to enhance product quality.
