Bag filter is a versatile filtration equipment with novel structure, small volume, easy and flexible operation, energy saving, high efficiency, closed operation, and strong adaptability. This type of filter is a pressure filtration device, and the liquid flows into the filter bag through the inlet pipe on the side of the filter housing. The filter bag itself is installed in the reinforced mesh, and the liquid can permeate through the filter bag of the required fineness level to obtain qualified filtrate, while impurities and particles are captured by the filter bag. The machine is very convenient for replacing filter bags, and there is basically no material consumption in filtration.
The bag filter has a simple structure and is easy to install, consisting of a cylinder, filter bag, and supporting mesh basket. The liquid flows in from the upper inlet flange and enters the filter bag for measurement. Solid impurity particles are intercepted on the filter mesh when passing through the filter bag. The support basket is used to support the filter bag, preventing the water pressure from pressing the filter bag against the cylinder wall and affecting the filtration effect. Clean liquid is flowing out through the lower outlet flange. There is a pressure gauge on the top of the equipment. When solid impurities deposit to a certain amount, it will hinder the flow of liquid, causing an increase in pressure inside the filter bag. When the pressure gauge displays a certain value, it will remind the staff to replace the filter bag. When replacing the filter bag, first open the pressure relief port, and then open the quick disassembly flange at the top to replace the filter bag. After replacing the filter bag, the pressure gauge will return to normal and the equipment can operate normally.
