Comprehensive analysis of the internal structure of the bag filter:
The internal structure of the bag filter, a highly efficient dust removal equipment, is both complex and sophisticated. Next, we will discuss several core parts of the structure. The first is the box structure, which includes the upper box, the middle box and the lower box (ash hopper). The upper chamber, located at the top of the dust collector, is mainly responsible for collecting the clean gas filtered by the filter bags and discharging it through the air outlet. This design is intended to ensure that the cleaned gases leave smoothly, thus avoiding secondary contamination. The center chamber, also often called the filter chamber or bag chamber, is the core filtration area of the dust collector. Dust-containing gases enter this area and are finely filtered by the filter bags. Dust is retained on the outside of the filter bags, while clean gases pass through the filter bags into the upper chamber. The key to its design is to ensure the uniformity of gas distribution, thus improving the overall dust removal efficiency. As for the lower chamber (ash hopper), it is located at the bottom of the dust collector and is mainly responsible for collecting the dust stripped off from the filter bags. Its shape and dimensions are carefully designed to ensure that the dust slides off smoothly and facilitates subsequent discharge operations.
