The name defines both the material ("Polyester," a type of polyester fiber) and the manufacturing process ("Needle-Punched Felt," where barbed needles interlock fibers into a robust non-woven fabric).
This product operates on the principle of depth filtration, where dust particles are captured within the intricate fiber matrix of the felt.
Working Principle:
Unlike traditional deep filtration media (where dust enters the interior), membrane filter bags use a surface filtration mechanism. Dust is trapped on the smooth surface of the membrane and cannot enter the interior of the filter fibers, forming a thin layer of "dust cake". This layer of dust cake is very easy to peel off as a whole during dust cleaning.
