general properties:
High Flow Z filters are available with two nominal and four absolute pore size ratings. They are made of 100% polypropylene construction. Tables 1, 2 and 3 show additional specifications and performances.
Working principle:
The high flow filter element is designed with a large diameter for efficient filtration, and has a high-strength support skeleton both inside and outside. It is made of multi-layer composite progressive filtering materials, and is integrally hot-melt welded with an external sealing ring. Designed with a single flow rate of 50-90m3/H, this high flow filter is suitable for fields such as large-scale reverse osmosis pre filtration. The new patented folding of this filter element combined with a 6/152mm large diameter design reduces the number of filters and the requirements for filter housing size. At the same time, multiple filtering media can be provided to meet other application requirements.
