According to the unique properties of gas, stainless steel metal mesh is used as the main filter material, and the filter area of the filter element is increased through the folded structure, so as to ensure good gas circulation when passing through, and at the same time increase the amount of pollutants. The sealing adopts high temperature and low temperature resistant asbestos gasket as the sealing material to ensure good sealing of some low temperature gases, such as compressed liquefied petroleum gas. The filter element should be cleaned or replaced in time according to the change of pressure difference during use.
The gas filter element is composed of washable materials, and the intermediate synthetic material used can ensure that the filter element can work for a long time before maintenance and replacement under the high-speed impact of solid particles. When the pressure difference through the filter reaches 0.1Mpa, it is recommended to replace the filter element for maintenance; the inner protective net of the filter element has a pressure bearing strength of 0.8Mpa.
The filter element is composed of end cover, filter material and inner and outer protective net. The material of end cap and protective net is ST12\13\14 or BS304\316\316L. The filter material is made of stainless steel densely woven mesh and tubular glass fiber or membrane filter material. It can completely filter solid particles above 0.5um. Meet the use of medium and high pressure filters.
